Fanarsazi Khavar Company (Public Share) was first established in 1977 as a factory owned by Khavar Industrial Group with the production of flat springs and spare parts for light and heavy trucks of Khavar Industrial Group with an annual capacity of 6000 tons. This factory is located in an area of ​​78,000 square meters and has 32,000 square meters of halls, sheds and office buildings in the industrial city of Kaveh (Saveh).

With the implementation of development plans between 2001 and 2004, while creating the necessary facilities for the manufacture of all kinds of car suspension system parts, the production capacity of the company increased to 13,200 tons per year, so that currently Fanarsazi Khavar (Public Share) is the supplier of the sector.
